Gallery
Create gallery items with a multi-image upload, organize them into categories, and display them with the gallery Elements.
The Gallery post type holds image sets: each item is a group of photos with its own page and category, meant for displaying a project, event, or photo set as a group rather than one at a time like Portfolio.
Where to find it: Go to GalleryAdd New Gallery Item.
Gallery only appears in the admin menu, and the Gallery - Standard and Gallery - Fullwidth page templates only appear in the Template dropdown, while the Gallery module is turned on in Theme Options > Modules.
Add a gallery item
Create the item
Go to GalleryAdd New Gallery Item. Give it a title and use the content editor for any text you want on its single page.
Set a featured image
Set a featured image the same way you would on a page or post. This is what represents the item in the Gallery Fullwidth and Gallery Carousel grids: it's separate from the photo set you upload next.
Upload the images
In the Gallery Images box, click Add Media and select as many images as you want (up to 1,000). This is the photo set shown on the item's own single page: it doesn't appear in the Gallery Fullwidth/Carousel elements, which only show the featured image.
Assign a category
Use the Gallery Categories panel in the sidebar to file the item under one or more categories, so it can be filtered on the gallery page templates and Elements.
hb_gallery_imagesUpload up to 1,000 images for this item, added or reordered from the media library picker.

Gallery Settings
hb_gallery_custom_bg_colorOverlay color when this item is hovered in galleries. Leave empty to use the accent color.
This is the only Highend setting for gallery items, in a Gallery Settings box of its own. They don't get the Highend Settings tabs that pages, posts, team members, portfolio items, and FAQ items share.
Single gallery pages
A gallery item's page shows all of its uploaded images as a native WordPress gallery grid (linked to the full-size file), followed by your content, its categories, and (depending on Theme Options > Blog) comments, sharing, and a like button.
Elements that display gallery items
Gallery Fullwidth
An edge-to-edge grid of gallery items with columns, category filtering, and sort order.
Gallery Carousel
A sliding carousel of gallery items.
You can also list gallery items with the Gallery - Standard and Gallery - Fullwidth page templates.
